Solid Polyester Fibers
Our Solid fibers are primarily used by textile and spinning mills to produce high-quality polyester yarn or mixed yarn. They are also sought after by needle-punch, nonwoven fabric makers for nonwoven applications. With high tenacity and low elongation, these fibers ensure excellent strength and stability in your end products. Hollow Conjugated Fibers
Our Hollow fibers are designed for applications such as padding, wadding, jacket filling, sleeping bags, pillows, duvets, cushions, mattress filling, insulation, and more. These fibers provide excellent loft and insulation properties, delivering comfort and warmth, or support and structure where required in your products. Trust our Hollow fibers for superior padding and insulation solutions with highest bounce and recovery. Airhole padding require our 3D Hollow Conjugate, Siliconized or non Siliconized (HCS & HCNS) and it will give your products the properties unmatched by any other manufacturer.

We offer 100% Recycled, GRS Certified Polyester Staple Fibers: Solid and Hollow Conjugated and we are the number 1 brand for PSF in Bangladesh. We have full spectrum of PSF for all industry uses:

PSF Customization Options
At Rashni Poly Fiber Industries Ltd, we understand that our customers achieve competitive edge in their industry, through unique composition and blend. Therefore, we offer customization options for our Fibers. Our fibers are available in cut sizes of 38 millimeters to 64 millimeters, allowing you to choose the right length for your specific applications. Whether you require 3D Conjugation, Siliconized or Anti-static properties, we can take your custom order. Additionally, we can tailor the crimps of the fibers to meet your desired fluffness. The optimum warmth you need from your Jackets or Duvets may not be the same required for the fiber for your Pillows. We will adjust hollowness, and thermal conductivity to fit your needs. You require a bouncy yet smooth to touch feeling, so be it!
